Job Description 1-    Updating and sending daily sales booking reports to concerned parties.
2-    Keeping documents of all sales orders issued daily.
3-    Reconciling daily issued orders with the system.
4-    Checking legal documents required from new customers & adding codes for them.
5-    Coordination between factory and outlets, warehouses & head office.
6-    Acting as a replacement for sales administrator during their absence.
7-    Handling and overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the outlets.
8-     Handling all escalated complains.
9-    Analyzing front office sales performance & providing action plans.
10-    Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
11-    Maintain the front office sales staff by coaching, and counseling employees; planning, monitoring, training and appraising job results.
12-    Ensure that every front office provides optimum level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the agreed SL (Service Level).
13-    Ensure proper & efficient interdepartmental communication
14-    Implement cost control measures for all offices.
15-    Achieve the agreed offices assigned strategic sales targets.
16-    Provide a proper & healthy work environment.

Qualification 1-    Accounting or Sales background.
2-    Minimum 6 years experience in the same field (customer service) of which 4 years in multinational companies (In Cement Industry)

Skills 1-    Customer oriented.
2-    Dedicated and Self motivated
3-    Able to learn.
4-    Computer skills (MS-Office , internet, e-mail) familiar with ERPs such as SAP , Oracle,…etc.
5-    Language, Good English, written and spoken.
6-    Preferable not more than 30 years old.
7-    Able to relocate, based on business need.
