As per resolution # 1252 issued from Djelfa State on July 8, 2009, ASEC Algeria for Cement announced establishing and operating a cement plant with an annual capacity of 3.1 million tons in Ein El Ebel – Djelfa.  The Environmental due diligence, preparing the summary of the important environmental points in addition to preparing the intervention plan were carried out by CETIM office.  These documents will be available for review to whom it may concern during the period between July 16 to 31, 2009 in the following addresses:
